The 2026 Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse at 1 Monroe Place
The Brooklyn Heights Association pioneered the idea of a historic district and continues to provide leadership in balancing historic preservation with 21st-century ideals. Proceeds support the Association and its work to build community, advocate for the neighborhood, and preserve its architectural legacy.
