Hallie Goodman is a New York writer who enjoys referring to herself in the third person. She grew up in Montana, so she knows how to milk cows and stuff. She is quite good at  the internet. Hallie has performed at New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, The PIT and Comix. She was a New York Foundation for the Arts MARK fellow, and holds a GED and MFA.

Hallie has created core brand materials for many fashion and lifestyle brands including beauty pioneers Stila Cosmetics and Josie Maran Cosmetics. From carton copy to web materials, she helps brands find their voice, fine-tune their positioning and connect with their target audience. She has created wildly successful web materials, press releases, story pitches, headlines, tag lines, complete brand identities, mobile aps and branded blogs. On behalf of corporate clients, she has ghostwritten everything from book proposals to articles for The Huffington Post. She currently specializes in providing social media audits, consultation and management.

Hallie’s writing has appeared in many publications including Glamour Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, Paper Magazine, Self Magazine, Redbook Magazine, The Knot Magazine and Chronogram. She's penned popular blogs for MSN.com, FitnessMagazine.com and YahooShine.com among others. As a journalist, she once went undercover to the orientation for a swinger’s orgy, so she can brief you on the rules (there were a bunch) if that sort of information would be helpful to you.
